Online Returns & Exchanges

Please note that for hygienic reasons all underwear, hosiery, swimsuit/bikini, well-being products and adhesive products are finally sale, this also includes sales items.  Please make sure that you contact us at service@lingeriecourval.com if you have questions about fit/sizing before you purchase online. For all other garments we will happily work with you to exchange your items or issue you a store credit. We do NOT offer refunds on any online orders.

Lingerie Courval accepts exchanges for unworn and unwashed garments that have the price tags and all manufacturer tags still attached, within 10 days of the arrival date (excluding the final sale on underwear, hosiery, swimsuit/bikini and sale items). We recommend that you try on your purchase immediately when you receive it, so that you are eligible for exchange. You must return all items in their original packaging, with all original tags (Price Tag and or Manufacture tags and tickets) still attached and have the original receipt.

Any garments which has been washed are not eligible for exchange or credit note.
All merchandise with the manufacturer’s tags that have been sewn into the garments, that have been removed are not eligible for exchange or credit note. All Merchandise with tickets still attached that contain body odor, smoke smell, pet hair, or makeup or deodorant stains is not eligible for exchange or credit note.

IF ANY RETURNS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE, THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER AT THE PURCHASER'S EXPENSE AND DOES NOT COVER SHIPPING, HANDLING AND ANY ASSOCIATED FEES WITH RETURNS OR EXCHANGE.

All Items bought online or in store with a store credit are final sale and are not eligible for exchange and or return.

In Store Return Policy

We take a lot of pride in fitting you with the right bra and helping find the right foundation garments or that perfect swimsuit for vacation! All members of our staff are qualified bra fitters. It's always important to take your time and not be rushed when coming in for a bra fitting or finding that perfect ‘Ensemble’ for that weekend getaway. We do not offer refund or exchanges on bras or undergarments, bodysuits, adhesive bras, swimsuit, bikini, well-being products or hosiery.

Nightwear, beach coverups, slippers can be return with original tickets and packaging still in place up to 14 days after the purchase date. YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Any items returned after that date and up to 30 days after purchase date will receive a store credit only. Any items that are brought in after the 30 days from purchase date are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or credit note. Lingerie Courval has the right to refuse any return or exchange. Any garment that is brought back, smelling or stained, this includes, and is not limited to perfume, body cream, deodorant, sweat, oil(s), and or any other product, is not eligible for return, exchange or credit note.

If you received a gift from Lingerie Courval, your items can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit. You MUST have the original gift receipt and all original tickets must still be attached.
